Combined with the advantages of thermal regeneration and non-thermal regeneration, the regenerated air can regenerate the desiccant at a higher temperature, improving the regeneration effect and reducing the consumption of regeneration air.

The air enters the blower through the filter and enters the lower part of the adsorption tower under the transportation of the blower. The lower part of the tower filled with activated alumina used to remove water and carbon dioxide molecules from the air and avoid "poisoning" zeolite molecular sieve. The upper part of the adsorption tower is the zeolite molecular sieve. When the air flows through the packed molecular sieve fixed bed, the air's nitrogen molecules are diffused into the molecular sieve solid by the adsorption force. The oxygen molecules and argon atoms passed through the bed to the buffer tank. The buffer tank connected to the oxygen compressor, which compresses the air to the user's pressure and sends it to the air tank for production uses. After some time, adsorption, molecular sieve particles filled with nitrogen molecules reached the stage of adsorption saturation. Then close the air inlet valve, using the tower's oxygen-enriched air to flush the other tower just evacuated. When the pressure drops to a particular value, close the equalizer valve and open the vacuum pump inlet valve to vacuum the tower body. After a certain degree of vacuum, then use the oxygen-enriched air in the other tower and some of the air in the buffer tank to flush the zeolite molecular sieve to desorb the adsorbent completely. After the desorption process completed, the tower pressurized with product air, the buffer valve is closed after charging to a particular low vacuum value, the blower's outlet opened, and the air production scales 100-10000Nm3/h.
